Acme BPO is looking for outside sales advocates/evangelists to plant the flag for its marketing services with the Manila business community. We develop effective online strategies that help businesses connect with their market with clarity and immediacy. We create ongoing revenue for our clients through innovative messaging and effective delivery of content. We also monitor the social sphere to stay current on what people are saying about our clients’ industry, product or service.

Your focus will be to create opportunities for Acme to deliver its services to new clients though personal networking and consistent sales activity. Once you locate and understand web marketing opportunities, you will work with the technical, marketing and creative teams to develop a solution for the prospective client and communicate this in a presentation setting.

About You:

• Communicate enthusiasm and an understanding of online marketing and associated technologies that allows you to provide recommendations and ideas that prospects have not previously entertained.
• Energetic, proactive, highly focused and well-organized, with a desire to communicate with prospective clients via email and phone.
• Ready and able to build and manage a sales pipeline, interest and excite prospects, drive them to commitment, and meet face to face to conclude the process.
• Understand that sales is a numbers game and are ready to make dozens of cold calls each day, locate the decision-maker, determine  interest, qualify prospects and propose solutions.
• Prepared to own pre-sales process from Internet data mining to lead generation.
• Have analytical skills required to determine client need.
• Are comfortable expressing yourself to suggest new and innovative directions to your prospects.

What You Know:

• Working knowledge of web technologies and trends.
• Understanding of the marketing and sales.
• Local markets for online services. Other regions such as Singapore or Dubai are an advantage.
• Effective communication skills in Tagalog and English
• Tenacity and dedication to the sales process

What You Have Done:

• Gone to school long enough to get a degree -or- traveled outside of the Philippines for work -or- have suitable alternative life expereince
• Worked in marketing or sales, customer support, or consulting previously.
